Real Madrid considers summer departures of young players Nico Paz and Raul Asencio

Real Madrid are preparing to sell two young prospects this summer. Midfielder Nico Paz, a product of the club's academy, has been told by manager José Mourinho that he does not fit into the squad. The club plans to let him leave for Italian side Como on a permanent basis to raise funds for other signings.

Defender Raul Asencio, a 23‑year‑old centre‑back under contract until 2031, has also been given the green light for a possible transfer. Although no concrete offers have emerged, Mourinho’s staff are looking to bring in a more experienced defender, and several European clubs have shown interest. Any sale would help finance the recruitment of a seasoned backline player.
