Real Madrid to sign left-back Marc Cucurella from Chelsea

Real Madrid have reached a verbal agreement with Chelsea to sign Spanish left‑back Marc Cucurella. The 28‑year‑old will complete the move after fulfilling his duties with Spain at the World Cup.

Cucurella, a product of Barcelona's youth system, joined Chelsea in 2022 and made 50 appearances with one goal, helping the club win the Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup last season.
