Vinícius Júnior celebrates Real Madrid El Clásico victory via social media

Real Madrid forward Vinícius Júnior celebrated his team's 2-1 victory over Barcelona in El Clásico via social media despite being unable to play. The Brazilian attacker was serving a four-match suspension following a red card received during a match against Villarreal, an incident involving a foul on Nathan Saliba and subsequent protests toward the referee.

While sidelined, Vinícius shared an official club post on Instagram featuring Kylian Mbappé—who scored both goals for Real Madrid—and accompanied it with laughing emojis.

His absence from the pitch was partially filled by 19-year-old Yan Diomandé, who made a significant impact during his time on the field, contributing an assist to Mbappé and scoring a goal himself. Vinícius's suspension will continue through upcoming matches against Racing Santander and Valencia, with his return expected after the international break.
