Real Oviedo defeats Le Havre 3-2 in preseason friendly

Real Oviedo concluded their summer preseason with a 3-2 victory against the French side Le Havre in their final friendly match.

Despite an early goal from Samatta in the 8th minute, Oviedo responded with an equalizer from Youness in the 13th minute. An own goal by Marco Esteban in the 16th minute briefly gave Le Havre the lead again, but Reina leveled the score in the 22nd minute. The match was eventually decided in the 92nd minute when Mingo scored a penalty to secure the win for the home side.

The match, played at the Carlos Tartiere, served as a final test for coach Carlos Calero's squad ahead of the upcoming season. The team displayed a high-pressing style and aggressive play despite facing several absences due to injury.
