Real Spartacus appoints Nicola Taglialatela as head coach

Asd Real Spartacus, a football club based in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, has announced its preparations for the 2026/2027 Seconda Categoria season. The club has appointed Nicola Taglialatela as the new head coach. Taglialatela, a former Serie D player who previously played for Casertana, joins after leading Real Teverola 81 to the promotion play-offs last season.

The squad currently consists of 19 players, including 16 returning members from the previous season. New additions to the roster include defender Michael Ezisi, midfielder Giuseppe Gagliardi, and attacker Nicola Natillo. Raffaele Bencivenga remains with the team as the goalkeeper coach.

Club President Valerio Contestabile stated that the organization aims to learn from past mistakes and improve upon previous performances, with the specific goal of competing for a play-off position. The team will play its home matches at the Marcello Trotta stadium in Recale.
