Realicó: Woman arrested after stealing cash and paying for coffee

A woman was apprehended in Realicó, Argentina, after stealing cash from a Shell service station located at the intersection of national routes 35 and 188. Surveillance footage captured the suspect entering the shop area and taking money from the cash register while the attendant was momentarily distracted.

Following the theft, the woman remained at the location to pay for a coffee she had consumed before attempting to flee on foot along the roadside. Local police located the suspect walking along the shoulder of the route. During the interception, the woman reportedly acted aggressively toward officers. Police recovered the full amount of the stolen cash from a cardboard box she had discarded by the side of the road.
