Former reality TV participants are discussing the authenticity of the industry and personal changes following their television appearances.

Adela Smajic, a former ‘Bachelorette’ contestant, has criticized the reality TV industry, claiming that some couples coordinate their public relationships to maintain media hype for several months after a show ends. She noted that while certain roles and narrative patterns are common in these formats, she has never personally entered into a pact to fake a romance.

Separately, reality star Bellydah shared that she is undergoing a significant lifestyle change following her appearance on ‘Das grosse Promi-Büssen’. Her transformation includes removing tattoos to avoid creating a false first impression and undergoing breast reduction surgery to move away from what she described as a ‘porn look’ toward a more natural appearance.
