Realme Announces New Budget 5G Phones for India and Middle East‑Africa

Realme is preparing a new entry‑level 5G smartphone for the Indian market, the Realme 16x 5G. Leaked specifications indicate a 7,000 mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, 45 W fast charging, a 144 Hz display and Android 16, with a likely price around ₹18,000.

Separately, a Realme C100 5G model is reportedly slated for launch in the Middle East and Africa region. The handset is expected in 4 GB + 128 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB variants, offered in Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green finishes, and will carry an 8,000 mAh battery and MediaTek Helio G92 processor. A launch in India has not been confirmed for this model.
