Realme launches C100 and C100i budget smartphones

Realme has released new entry-level smartphones, specifically the C100 and C100i models, targeting budget-conscious consumers.

The Realme C100 features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and a 6.8-inch display. It is noted for its high-capacity 6,600 mAh battery, which supports fast charging and reverse charging capabilities. While designed for basic tasks like messaging and social media, it lacks high-end camera versatility and high-resolution screen performance.

The Realme C100i emphasizes durability with a MIL-STD-810H military-standard rating for drop resistance and an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance. It includes a 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a massive 7,000 mAh battery. The device uses an 8MP main rear camera and a 5MP front camera, prioritizing battery life and screen smoothness over high-resolution photography or processing power.
