Realme targets top Android market positions in Finland
Realme is experiencing a rapid entry into the Finnish smartphone market, aiming to become the third largest Android brand in the country by the end of this year. The company has set a long-term goal to become the second largest Android manufacturer in Finland within three years.
In June, the company's flagship model, the Realme GT 8 Pro, became the best-selling phone among DNA's individual customers and the fifth best-selling model for Elisa. The brand has secured wide distribution through retailers including DNA, Elisa, Telia, Power, Verkkokauppa.com, Gigantti, and Veikon Kone.
Elias Salmi, Realme's head of the Nordic region, stated that Finland is one of the company's most important markets in Europe. To support its growth, Realme plans to build a local user community through various public events and experiences. This expansion follows the recent withdrawal of OnePlus from new product launches in the European market.
