Realmonte hosts fifth annual Nodo Rosé wine festival at Scala dei Turchi
The coastal town of Realmonte, Sicily, will stage the fifth edition of the Nodo Rosé festival on July 23‑24 at the Lido Rossello beach beneath the iconic Scala dei Turchi. Organized by Marco Gallo and Fabio Speranza with sommelier Luigi Gangarossa, the event features a two‑night programme.
On July 23 a “Gran galà Rosè” dinner will present a five‑course tasting menu paired with wines from ten Sicilian wineries. Attendees include producers, journalists, and wine experts such as Renato Rovetta, who created the “Guida al bere rosa”. The following evening expands into a street‑food and music showcase, with more than twenty wineries offering their rosé creations, entertainment by Riccardo Gaz, and a special award for a delegation of the “Le donne del vino” association.
Festival founder Fabio Speranza says, “Vogliamo affermarci come la manifestazione simbolo della Sicilia del rosato,” aiming to promote regional culture through wine, gastronomy, and scenery. Tickets are sold via the Nodo App.
