Realterm acquires cross-dock terminal in Turnhout

American logistics real estate investor Realterm has acquired a cross-dock terminal located on Schietstandlaan in Turnhout, Belgium. The facility comprises 13,875 square meters of warehouse and terminal space, along with 686 square meters of office space, situated on a total site of 46,404 square meters.

The terminal features 45 loading docks and is currently fully leased to Transport Martens. Its strategic location near the E34 motorway provides critical connectivity between Antwerp, the Netherlands, and the German Ruhr region, facilitating rapid goods movement.

Realterm noted that the vacancy rate for the logistics submarket in Turnhout is currently below 1 percent.
