Rebecca Ferguson and Greta Lee to star in Honeymoon / Funeral

Rebecca Ferguson and Greta Lee are confirmed to star in the upcoming romantic comedy “Honeymoon / Funeral.” The film is currently in production in London.

Directed by Nahnatchka Khan and written by Julia Bicknell, the story follows two women who meet on a flight from Los Angeles to London. One character is traveling alone for her honeymoon after being left at the altar, while the other is traveling for her mother’s funeral. The two women end up spending a week together in London.

Production is being overseen and financed by MRC, with FilmNation handling sales ahead of the TIFF market. Ferguson and Lee have previously worked together on the 2025 film “A House of Dynamite.” No official release date has been announced.
