Rebel Wolves seeks new writer following success of The Blood of Dawnwalker
Rebel Wolves, a studio founded by former CD Projekt Red developers, has seen significant success with its debut title, The Blood of Dawnwalker. The dark fantasy RPG reportedly sold one million copies within its first three days of release.
Following this commercial milestone, the studio is already looking toward the future of the franchise. Narrative Director Jakub Szamalek confirmed via LinkedIn that the company is actively recruiting a Lead Writer to help develop the “next chapter of the Dawnwalker saga.” The studio is currently working on a AAA dark fantasy RPG intended to be the first title in a planned saga set within their new universe.
While the game has received generally positive reviews for its story and quest design, players have noted some technical issues. The studio recently released hotfix 1.04 to address stability, quest completion bugs, and controller input errors on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
