Rebel Wolves' “The Blood of Dawnwalker” Gameplay Preview Released

IGN’s July First feature showcases an eight‑minute gameplay segment from the upcoming RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker, developed by Rebel Wolves. Players control Coen, a cursed man who lives as a human by day and a vampire by night, and must master both forms to rescue his family from a malevolent vampire court.

The presented “Deep Down” prologue mission follows a young Coen exploring subterranean ruins in search of the missing villager Lazar. The sequence highlights investigation mechanics, hidden lore revealed through ancient murals, a special loot system and culminates in a swift boss fight against the Forgotten Guardian. The coverage also notes that the game is directed by the creator of The Witcher 3 and built by a team of former CD Projekt Red developers.
