Italian football clubs announce management and structural changes

Various Italian football clubs are undergoing organizational changes and preparations for upcoming seasons.

Reggiana has introduced Francesco Marroccu as its new General Director. Marroccu emphasized the importance of financial sustainability and professional management, while addressing rumors regarding the club's ownership.

Akragas SLP is focusing on its youth sector, with technical director Pino Rigoli aiming to build a talent pipeline that feeds directly into the first team. Similarly, Virtus Francavilla is restructuring its club and budget to improve results and reconnect with its fanbase through a new commercial partnership with BCC San Marzano.

In Sardinia, a new entity named Carbonia 1939 has been formed to replace Carbonia Calcio following economic difficulties. The new club, led by President Renato Giganti, is expected to compete in the Seconda Categoria.

Other regional updates include Recoaro presenting its squad, including a 15-year-old player, and Don Bosco Spezia finalizing its men's roster for the upcoming season.
