Red Baron launches CRUNCHTIME microwavable multi-serve pizzas

Red Baron, a brand under CJ Schwan’s, has launched CRUNCHTIME, a new line of 10-inch, multi-serve frozen pizzas designed for microwave preparation in five minutes. The product aims to bridge the gap between small, single-serve microwave pizzas and full-size pizzas by offering a larger format that maintains a crispy crust.

The CRUNCHTIME range includes three varieties: Pepperoni, Meat Trio, and Four Cheese. To achieve a crispy texture in the microwave, the pizzas are intended to be cooked using a special crisping tray. The launch coincides with the brand’s 50th anniversary and responds to consumer trends where approximately half of all meals are prepared in under 15 minutes.

The pizzas are currently available at major retailers and grocery stores across the United States with a suggested retail price of $5.99.
