Tom McCullough joins Red Bull Racing from Aston Martin

Red Bull Racing is reportedly set to hire Tom McCullough from Aston Martin to serve as its new Head of Race Engineering. McCullough, who has spent over a decade with the Silverstone-based team, is expected to take over responsibilities currently held by Gianpiero Lambiase.

Lambiase, a key figure at Red Bull and the long-time race engineer for Max Verstappen, has signed with McLaren and is expected to join them in the coming seasons. McCullough's role will involve overseeing all trackside operational matters and coordinating engineer activities during Grand Prix weekends.

This transition is part of a broader organizational restructuring at Red Bull following several high-profile departures. The team has also recently recruited Gwen Lagrue to lead its junior driver program. The arrival of McCullough is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the team's technical operations during a period of management evolution.
