Red Bull Salzburg hockey teams suffer recent defeats

EC Red Bull Salzburg faced recent setbacks in both professional and junior hockey tiers. In the ICE Hockey League, EC Red Bull Salzburg lost 2-3 to HC TIWAG Innsbruck in a game decided by a penalty shootout. Despite controlling much of the 5-on-5 play and leading 2-1 after the first period, Salzburg struggled with power play efficiency. Goals for Salzburg were scored by Thomas Raffl and Benjamin Nissner.

In the Alps Hockey League, the Red Bull Hockey Juniors suffered a 0-4 defeat against the EC-KAC Future Team. Although the Juniors started with high tempo, they were unable to penetrate the Klagenfurt defense. The Future Team secured the win with goals from Linus Schrott, Niclas Micelli, and Marcel Vodnjov.
