Red Bull Salzburg signs Polish forward Bartosz Mazurek for €7.5 million

Jagiellonia Białystok's 19‑year‑old striker Bartosz Mazurek, who featured in 33 league matches last season, scoring four goals and recording a hat‑trick against Fiorentina, has completed a transfer to Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg. The Austrian side paid a fee reported to be €7.5 million, with possible add‑on bonuses, making it the second‑most expensive sale in Jagiellonia's history after Oskar Pietuszewski.

Mazurek passed his medical examinations on Wednesday and signed a contract that runs until 30 June 2031. Red Bull Salzburg, which finished third in the Austrian Bundesliga, will integrate the Polish forward ahead of its upcoming Europa League qualification campaign.
