Red Cross announces September blood donation schedule for West Herzegovina Canton

The Red Cross of West Herzegovina Canton has announced a schedule of five voluntary blood donation drives to be held throughout September 2026. These actions are organized in cooperation with the Transfusion Center of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.

The scheduled events include:

• September 9: Public donation at the Cultural Center in Ljubuški (09:00 – 11:00). • September 15: Public donation in the premises of the Uzarići Local Community (09:00 – 11:00). • September 21: Donation for employees of the company Binvest in Posušje (10:00 – 12:00). • September 24: Donation for employees of HT Eronet in Grude (09:00 – 11:00). • September 28: Donation for employees of the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs at the MUP ŽZH Educational Training Center in Ljubuški (09:00 – 11:00).

Healthy individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 are encouraged to participate. Donors must present a valid photo ID and, if available, a voluntary blood donor card.
