Red Cross runs blood donation drive in Krk and supports nursing home in Bijelo Polje

The local Red Cross society in Krk organized a voluntary blood‑donation campaign at the town health centre on 8 July 2026, operating from 08:00 to 14:00. Adults aged 18–65 who meet health criteria were invited to donate, with each unit potentially saving three lives.

In Bijelo Polje, Montenegro, the municipal Red Cross together with the local government donated hygiene supplies to the town’s nursing home. The contribution, aimed at improving personal and general hygiene for elderly residents, is part of an ongoing partnership that has supported the facility for several years.
