Red Star Belgrade promotes youth talents Šarić and Roganović ahead of new season

Defender Vuk Roganović, a 2007‑born product of Red Star’s academy, signed a three‑year contract with the club, with an option for a further year. Roganović, who has twice won the Serbian Youth League and captained the youth side in the UEFA Youth League, said he is “very happy” and aims to debut for the first team and make a lasting impact.

Midfielder Dimitrije Šarić spoke to the media about the club’s preseason preparations at Zlatibor. He described the training as intense, highlighted the reduced number of teams in the domestic league, and reiterated the ambition to retain the double crown and qualify for the Champions League. Šarić emphasized the importance of advice from senior players and former coach Nenad Milijaš, and expressed a personal goal of playing in the derby before dreaming of a future move to clubs such as Real Madrid or Serie A teams.
