Red Star inspires composer Aleksandar Miljković and former player Luka Milivojević

Aleksandar Miljković, a professor of double bass in Belgrade, has spent two decades creating music for sport. He has written and recorded around 50 official anthems and other compositions for clubs and competitions worldwide, including pieces for Red Star’s chess, shooting, wrestling, tennis and rowing sections, the Mediterranean Games, and a CD dedicated to Cuban boxer Teófilo Stevenson. Miljković studied in Sweden, Spain, the United States and other countries before returning to Serbia, where he teaches at the Stanković Music School.

Former Red Star striker Luka Milivojević said his heart still beats for the club. He recalled negotiations three years ago about a possible return to the Rajko Mitić Stadium, noted the team's dominance in the Serbian league, and commented on low match‑day attendance. Milivojević, now a free agent at 36, reflected on Red Star’s stature and the need for stronger competition in domestic football.
