Redcare Pharmacy shares surge following positive Deutsche Bank analysis

Redcare Pharmacy shares experienced a significant surge on the Xetra exchange, closing at 64.20 euros, marking a 5.42 percent daily increase. This performance placed the company among the top performers in the MDAX.

The upward movement follows a positive assessment from Deutsche Bank Research. Analyst Jan Koch maintained a ‘Buy’ rating, suggesting that recent price weakness presented an attractive entry point for investors. Koch noted that third-quarter results, expected in late October, are likely to support the company's recently raised annual guidance, which he characterized as conservative.

From a technical perspective, the stock has broken its short-term downward trend and surpassed its 200-day moving average. While analysts point toward potential operating profit growth by 2027, the stock faces a resistance zone just above the 60-euro mark.
