RedConecta centralizes employment resources in Campo de Gibraltar

The Junta de Andalucía has introduced RedConecta, an interactive guide designed to centralize employment, training, networking, and administrative resources within the Campo de Gibraltar region. Developed through the collaborative efforts of 39 professionals, the tool aims to assist specialists who provide information, guidance, and support to citizens seeking services.

The guide organizes information into four primary categories: Employment, Training, Networks, and Procedures. By consolidating data that was previously scattered across various administrations and entities, RedConecta allows professionals to locate available resources and understand how to access them from a single platform.

The project originated from a community of practice within the Instituto Andaluz de Administración Pública (IAAP). It involved contributions from the Servicio Andaluz de Empleo (SAE), local town halls such as Algeciras and Tarifa, and numerous social and economic organizations, including Cáritas, Acción contra el Hambre, and the Chamber of Commerce.
