Rede D’Brescia reopens renovated Morumbi unit in São Paulo
Rede D’Brescia has reopened its Morumbi unit in the South Zone of São Paulo following a R$ 12 million renovation. The modernization aims to standardize the brand's locations and includes new features such as a climate-controlled wine cellar, a kids' space, and a private meeting room for up to 20 people. The facility has a capacity for 240 guests and a parking area for approximately 60 vehicles.
The renovation is part of a broader expansion strategy for the steakhouse chain, which currently operates nine units across São Paulo, Guarulhos, Santo André, and São Bernardo do Campo. With over 600 employees, the company projects a revenue of R$ 250 million by 2026. The network serves approximately 110,000 meals per month and consumes over 100 tons of meat monthly.
In addition to the Morumbi reopening, the company is preparing to open a new location in Barra Funda and is implementing a new distribution center to improve logistical efficiency. The menu features 25 types of premium Bassi-Marfrig meats, alongside a buffet with various salads, hot dishes, seafood, and Japanese cuisine.
