Rede Novo Tempo de Comunicação to host online mental health event

Rede Novo Tempo de Comunicação will host the 6th edition of the 'Jornada de Saúde Emocional Recomeços' from August 28 to 30. The event focuses on anxiety, providing tools and information to help individuals manage emotional challenges and crisis situations.

The online event features approximately 30 professionals, including psychiatrist Pablo Canalis, psychologist Gabrielle Chaves, and couple therapist Dilene Ebinger. Activities include lectures, discussion circles, and workshops, which will be broadcast for free via YouTube and NT Play.

A notable feature of this edition is the provision of free group therapy sessions conducted by specialists from the Psyson platform. These sessions are available to registered participants to facilitate access to psychological support for those unable to afford professional services. Previous editions of the event have reached over 200,000 participants.
