Rede Paz is implementing a modernization strategy centered on operational efficiency, infrastructure investment, and revenue diversification. Under the leadership of Luiz Felipe do Valle Silva do Quental de Menezes, the network manages more than 80 units.

Drawing on previous experience at Shell, Menezes is addressing the challenges of scaling a large operation while maintaining local relevance for each unit. The strategy involves expanding convenience services and integrating new technologies to move beyond traditional fuel sales.

A key component of this modernization includes preparing for the energy transition by investing in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including ultra-fast equipment. The company is balancing these technological advancements with the current market reality, where conventional fuels remain the primary driver in many regions.
