RedeTV! journalists engage in physical altercation over political differences

Two journalists at the RedeTV! newsroom in São Paulo engaged in a physical altercation following a heated political argument. The dispute reportedly began with verbal provocations and accusations regarding divergent political views, with one individual associated with the far-right and the other with the far-left.

The confrontation escalated into physical violence, causing a disturbance among staff and leaving physical marks, including blood, at the scene. Colleagues had to intervene to separate the individuals and stop the fight.

RedeTV! has confirmed it is conducting an internal investigation through its compliance department to analyze the incident. The network has not yet disclosed the names of the journalists involved or any specific administrative measures that may be taken.
