Redion rebranding: Europ Assistance and GEB change names in Switzerland

Europ Assistance and GEB have officially changed their corporate names to Redion in Switzerland, effective October 1, 2026. This legal name change aligns the official company designations with the Redion brand, which was already established among customers and partners.

The transition is part of a broader transformation announced by the Generali Group in May 2026. While the corporate identity has changed, the organization, services, and obligations remain the same. Existing contracts, benefits, tariffs, and terms for private and corporate customers remain valid and unchanged.

Redion operates through a global network in more than 190 countries with approximately 12,000 employees, providing support in mobility, travel, health, and corporate pension services. Emergency service numbers and contact points remain operational without interruption.
