Redouane Mabchour elected president of the FMES

Redouane Mabchour has been elected president of the Moroccan Federation of Service Outsourcing (FMES) for a three-year term. Mabchour, who currently serves as the Africa General Manager for Concentrix and previously held the role of vice-president within the FMES, succeeds Youssef Chraibi following his two consecutive terms.

His leadership comes at a time of rapid industry shifts driven by artificial intelligence, automation, and evolving regulatory frameworks. Mabchour’s roadmap focuses on four key priorities: unifying the ecosystem, anticipating skill requirements, managing the evolution of professions due to automation, and maintaining dialogue with public authorities and institutional partners.

The FMES aims to enhance Morocco’s attractiveness to international outsourcing players and strengthen the Moroccan sector's presence across the African continent.
