Redport and Mobexpert launch Infinity Nord residential project

Redport and Mobexpert have officially launched Infinity Nord, a large-scale residential project in the Dămăroaia-Străulești area of Bucharest. Developed on a 4.6-hectare site previously owned by OMV Petrom, the project is the largest in Redport’s portfolio.

The development will consist of approximately 1,200 homes built in three successive stages. Designed as a mixed-use concept, Infinity Nord will integrate residential units with commercial spaces, medical services, and wellness facilities. The design was provided by the international firm Design International.

In the first phase, which is already over 50% pre-sold, major commercial operators including Auchan and World Class have secured contracts to occupy approximately 95% of the designated retail space. Dan Șucu, founder of Mobexpert and a majority shareholder in the project, stated that the development aims to add long-term value to the area.
