Redwire and RadNet report record quarterly revenue and growth

Redwire reported record second-quarter revenue of $117.1 million, representing an 89.6% increase from the previous year. The company's growth was driven by its defense technology segment, which contributed $61.9 million, and the acquisition of Edge Autonomy. Gross margin reached a record 27.8% as the business mix shifted toward higher-margin defense technology. Despite a net loss of $41 million, the company reported an improved Adjusted EBITDA and a backlog totaling $542.1 million.

RadNet reported record second-quarter revenue of $622.7 million, a 25% year-over-year increase. The company achieved a record Adjusted EBITDA of $99.7 million. Digital Health revenue rose 56.5% to $32.4 million, while advanced imaging volumes grew to represent 29.9% of total procedural volumes. While GAAP net income decreased to $7.5 million due to R&D and acquisition costs, RadNet raised its 2026 guidance for its Imaging Center segment regarding revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, and free cash flow.
