Celine and Reebok collaborate on luxury reimagining of 1982 Freestyle Lo sneaker
Celine and Reebok have unveiled a luxury collaboration featuring a reimagined version of the Reebok Freestyle Lo, a silhouette originally introduced in 1982. The project, led by Celine creative director Michael Rider, aims to blend Parisian street style with American movement.
The updated sneakers transition from their athletic origins to a fashion-focused design, constructed from soft lambskin leather. The collection features eight colorways, including Optic White, Black, Butter, Beige, Peanut, Dark Brown, Oxblood, and Fluo Red. The design incorporates subtle branding, such as the Celine Paris logo and the Triomphe motif on the heels.
First appearing during the Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show in Paris, the collection is scheduled for release on September 10 via Celine’s official website and select boutiques. The collaboration follows a growing trend of partnerships between luxury fashion houses and major sportswear brands.
