Reental and Estating partner to tokenize hotel investments
Spanish real estate tokenization platform Reental has signed an agreement with Luxembourg-based fintech Estating to bring fractional hotel investments to its platform. The partnership aims to offer target annual returns of approximately 18% by utilizing blockchain technology to divide property ownership into smaller, more accessible digital tokens.
Under the agreement, Estating will identify and structure institutional real estate opportunities as securities from Luxembourg, while Reental will incorporate these assets as the underlying value for its tokens and distribute them to retail investors. This model allows for significantly lower entry costs, with minimum investments starting at 100 euros or dollars.
The collaboration will initially focus on the hotel sector, leveraging the combined expertise of both firms in hospitality assets. The companies plan to eventually extend this tokenization model to other types of real estate properties.
