Reform UK councillors face no action after execution remarks
Reform UK has announced that no further action will be taken against two councillors in Hounslow, west London, following an undercover ITV News investigation. The councillors, Adam Parkins and David Kerr, were filmed appearing to advocate for the execution of members of child grooming gangs.
During the sting, Adam Parkins allegedly stated he would support “Sunday morning rose garden executions” for perpetrators and claimed he would carry out such acts without hesitation. David Kerr was recorded suggesting that perpetrators should be “machine gunned down.”
Following the broadcast, Adam Parkins defended his remarks, stating that advocating for the death penalty for those involved in child rape gangs is a “perfectly legitimate opinion.” A Reform UK spokesperson stated that the councillors were expressing personal opinions in what they believed was a private conversation and that the party has “no room for racism.”
