Kohima launches Jan Manthan–Reform Utsav campaign

The Jan Manthan–Reform Utsav Campaign 2026 has been launched in Kohima, Nagaland, to integrate with the People’s Plan Campaign for the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) 2027-28. Under the theme ‘Sabki Yojana, Sabki Vikas’, the initiative aims to promote participatory and inclusive development.

DC Kohima B Henok Buchem emphasized that the campaign encourages citizens to identify local needs and set priorities regarding infrastructure, water, sanitation, education, and health. The planning process is intended to include the voices of women, youth, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities to ensure effective resource allocation and transparent governance.
