Refresco considers IPO with valuation exceeding $10 billion

Dutch beverage manufacturer Refresco is considering an initial public offering (IPO) with a potential valuation exceeding $10 billion. The company and its majority owner, private equity firm KKR, have reportedly been reviewing proposals from investment banks for a possible listing in either the United States or Europe.

Refresco operates as a major contract manufacturer, providing production, bottling, and logistics services for both major global brands and retailer private labels. The company maintains 85 production facilities across North America, Europe, and Australia. Its client base includes major entities such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Walmart, and Aldi.

Financial reports indicate that Refresco generated nearly $7 billion in revenue last year, with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $930 million. KKR originally acquired the company in 2022 for approximately $8 billion. While plans remain preliminary and both companies have declined to comment, the potential IPO would represent a significant valuation increase for the manufacturer.
