Seattle‑based startup Tomorrow announced its upcoming "Tomorrow Fridge," a concept that aims to extend the life of fresh produce by controlling humidity and temperature more precisely. CEO Andrew Kinzer says the fridge will treat produce as living matter, avoiding the de‑humidifying approach of conventional models.
