Regency Development Group expands boutique projects in Bay Harbor Islands

Regency Development Group is focusing on boutique residential projects in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Since 2020, the company has been developing several high-end, small-scale projects in the coastal community, which has a population of fewer than 6,000 residents.

Currently, the developer has four active projects on the island: the 33-unit La Maré Regency, the nine-unit La Maré Signature, and the 20-unit Bay Harbor Villas. Michael Troyanovsky, Managing Partner and Vice President of Regency Development Group, describes the area as a ‘hidden gem’ that was previously overlooked by many investors despite its proximity to Surfside, Indian Creek, and Bal Harbour.

The development strategy targets a demographic of local and international buyers seeking privacy and boutique living. The company emphasizes integrating projects into the existing neighborhood and working closely with local government to ensure architectural and community alignment.
