Regeneron reports strong Q3 growth driven by drug demand
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals reported significant growth for the third quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing by 36 percent year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share rose by 70 percent during the same period.
The company attributed the performance to record sales of key medications, including Dupixent, EYLEA HD, and Libtayo. While EYLEA HD saw higher sales volumes in the US, the older EYLEA product faced declining volumes due to competition and patient shifts toward the HD version.
A partnership with Sanofi also contributed heavily to the results. Regeneron’s share of profits from antibody marketing reached 2.575 billion USD, up from 1.456 billion USD in the previous year, largely due to Dupixent sales. Additionally, the companies expanded their alliance to include four next-generation long-acting antibodies, involving a 1.0 billion USD upfront payment to be recorded in the fourth quarter.
