Regensburg offers a blend of historical charm and residential living

Regensburg, located on the Danube, offers a blend of historical charm and modern residential living. As the fourth-largest city in Bavaria and an economic center for the Upper Palatinate, it attracts residents with its proximity to nature and a strong labor market.

The city's old town, including Stadtamhof, has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2006. This designation covers 183 hectares and approximately 1,000 historical monuments, such as St. Peter's Cathedral and the 12th-century Stone Bridge. While the heritage status requires strict preservation of the historical substance, the city remains a vibrant living space beyond its status as a tourist destination.
