Regent Seven Seas announces new dining features for Seven Seas Prestige

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced new dining features and menus for the Seven Seas Prestige, the first ship in the company’s new Prestige class. The vessel is scheduled to begin its maiden voyage from Barcelona to Miami in December.

Key culinary additions include Solmar Terrace, an alfresco daytime dining venue located on deck five. Operating from midday to 6:00 pm, the venue will offer globally inspired dishes such as sushi, tapas, yakitori, and Korean beef short rib. Additionally, the cruise line unveiled the menu for Azure, a new specialty restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with influences from Africa and Asia, designed around sharing plates.

The company is also refreshing the menu at its Prime 7 steakhouse with new dishes like lobster thermidore and truffle mac and cheese. While these updates debut on the Seven Seas Prestige, they are intended to be rolled out across the entire Regent fleet in the future. The ship will offer a total of 11 dining experiences, including seven specialty restaurants.
