Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveils 2027 Spotlight Voyage collection with first wellness cruise

Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced its 2027 Spotlight Voyage collection, a series of seven themed sailings on its luxury ships Seven Seas Grandeur, Splendor, Voyager and the new Prestige. The flagship offering is a 10‑night Mediterranean wellness and longevity cruise aboard Seven Seas Prestige, departing Trieste on 21 August 2027 and sailing to Barcelona in partnership with luxury skincare brand Elemis. The program focuses on diet and nutrition, mind and stress, skin and longevity, and movement and exercise.

Other voyages include a culinary Baltic cruise hosted by food writer Mark Bittman and producer Kate Bittman, wine‑focused itineraries with Foley Family Wines, Mercante Wine Merchants, Palmaz Vineyards and Honig Vineyard & Winery, and a genealogy cruise in collaboration with Ancestry.com that explores the British Isles.
