Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveils new dining for Seven Seas Prestige

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced new dining venues and menu updates for the Seven Seas Prestige ahead of its December debut. The ship, which represents the brand's first new class in over a decade, will feature Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose, an outdoor daytime venue on Deck 5 offering globally inspired dishes such as sushi, tapas, and yakitori.

In addition to Solmar Terrace, the cruise line unveiled the menu for Azure, a new Mediterranean-inspired specialty restaurant focused on shared dishes. The Prime 7 steakhouse will also receive menu refreshments, including updated versions of classics like lobster Thermidor and truffle mac and cheese. These updated recipes will debut on the Seven Seas Prestige before being rolled out to the rest of the fleet.

The Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to begin its inaugural season on December 13 with a 14-night transatlantic voyage from Barcelona to Miami. Subsequent itineraries will include the Caribbean and routes through the Panama Canal.
