Reggia di Caserta and Castello Aragonese launch 2026 cultural programmes for children and art students
The Museum of the Royal Palace of Caserta will host a "Campus Estate 2026" from 15 June to 17 July and again from 31 August to 4 September. The program is aimed at children aged 6‑10 and combines guided tours of the royal apartments, the historic garden and the old forest with creative workshops, sensory activities and outdoor games. Sessions run daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and are offered in weekly or daily formats for groups of five to twelve participants.
Meanwhile, the Academy of Fine Arts of Reggio Calabria’s “Condominio Mediterraneo” project will be exhibited at the Castello Aragonese from 6 June to 23 August 2026. Sixty students collaborated with international artists in workshops covering painting, sculpture, performance and video. The resulting works are curated as a mobile, participatory exhibition by Lucrezia Longobardi and the L5 group, turning the historic fortress into a temporary learning and exhibition space.
