Reggia di Caserta extends ‘Il Panda siamo noi’ exhibition

The photography exhibitionIl Panda siamo noi’ at the Reggia di Caserta has been extended until September 27. Originally scheduled to end on August 31, the extension allows more visitors to view the project in the English Garden.

Created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of WWF Italia, the exhibition is a collaboration between the Ministry of Culture's Museum, Opera Laboratori, and WWF Italia. The visual project, conceived by photographers Alessandro Dobici, Alberto Cambone, and Roberto Isotti, features 12 prominent Italian cinema artists. These artists participate in a challenge of artistic mimesis, interpreting the gaze of endangered animal species to emphasize the connection between nature conservation and human survival.

The exhibition is part of the UNESCO Valorization Call and the #IlPandaSiamoNoi campaign. It features diptychs of animals—ranging from wolves and lionesses to bonobos and polar bears—paired with artists such as Sabrina Ferilli, Luca Ward, and Virginia Raffaele. The display aims to raise awareness regarding biodiversity loss and the impact of human actions on the planet.
