Reggia di Caserta launches summer cultural program for families

The Royal Palace of Caserta (Reggia di Caserta) will host a series of family‑oriented events from 20 June through 8 August. Organized by Opera Laboratori, the programme alternates weekly activities for children aged 5‑10 and for adults over 14.

Children’s sessions include a “Royal Escape Room” (20 June, 27 June), “Nursery Rhymes in the Palace” (21 June), a digital storytelling workshop “#likearoyal” (4 July) and other literary or artistic projects, each limited to ten participants and priced at €5 per child. Adult offerings feature a guided electric‑bike tour of the Royal Park (“A Pedal in the Royal Park”, starting 19 June, €24 per person) and a 6‑km trekking walk along the historic Bourbon routes (“On the Footsteps of the Bourbons”, €20 per adult, limited to 20 participants). Additional activities such as “The Third Paradise” literary walk and a symbolic “Poetic Garden” are scheduled on selected Saturdays.

All events require modest fees, recommend comfortable attire, and aim to engage visitors of all ages with the palace’s art, history and natural surroundings.
