Reggio Calabria hosts 11th Facce da Bronzi cabaret festival

The 11th edition of the National Cabaret Festival “Facce da Bronzi” is set to take place in Reggio Calabria at the Teatro Francesco Cilea. The event features two main evenings: a semifinal on October 23, 2026, featuring nine comedians and guests such as Rocco Ciarmoli and Paolo Migone, and a grand final on October 25, 2026. The final will showcase six comedians, including winners of other national festivals, and will be hosted by Gennaro Calabrese.

In conjunction with the festival, the Castello Aragonese will host various cultural and environmental initiatives. These include a free urban trekking tour organized by “Il Giardino di Morgana” on October 24 and the “Eco-Teatro” exhibition from October 27 to 30. The exhibition, a collaboration between Adexo APS and local high schools, features theatrical sets and artworks created by students using recycled materials. The showcase will integrate traditional art with new technologies, including virtual reality and video projections.
